Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)
Neurolinguistic programming is a modern, highly sophisticated branch of psychology.
NLP is concerned with exploring and explaining how human beings really work and finding ways to use that knowledge to achieve what they want out of their own life and take control of their own future.
The model provides a variety of strategies and techniques, which the practitioner can employ to help the client make positive, permanent life changes.
The therapist using these techniques will listen very carefully to what you say, how you say it and the words you use. They will also observe your movements quite closely since these, often-small, movements give clues to how you think. Having this information enables the therapist to design a suitable intervention, which is unique to you.
No two people are the same so therefore no two treatment processes will be quite the same.
